Count the places your last webinar sent people. There was a sign-up page on one site and a confirmation email from a different tool. There was a link to a chat group most people never opened, and a reminder that landed in spam. The live itself ran on another app, someone kept pasting the buy link into the chat, and the checkout sat on yet another page. That is seven handoffs before anyone could buy, and every one of them is a place where a person can drift off.
ESTAGE Events was built around that problem. This article covers what it is, what it does at each stage of an event, and who it fits.
Why is my webinar attendance low?
A gap between sign-ups and attendees shows up across the industry. Goldcast, a webinar platform, published a 2026 benchmark report covering 26,190 webinars run by 522 B2B organizations. Those webinars drew 6.8 million registrations and 2.2 million attendees. The same report found that 91% of on-demand viewers watched nearly the entire recording, which means a person who missed the live is not lost if the replay reaches them.
Attendance depends on many things, including the topic, the audience and the day of the week. Part of it is the path itself, because every tool a registrant has to move through between sign-up and the live room is one more place to lose them. That part is a structure problem, and it is the problem ESTAGE Events was built around.
Why do webinars lose people between sign-up and the offer?
The usual setup is a chain of separate tools, and each link in the chain asks the attendee to go somewhere new. A form tool collects the registration, an email tool sends the confirmation, a meeting app hosts the live, a chat group holds the conversation and a payment page takes the money. None of those tools knows what happened in the others.
The attendee feels every one of those jumps. Some never find the reminder, some show up but leave before the offer, and the ones who missed it usually get a replay link with nothing after it. The owner feels it too, because the follow-up treats everyone the same when the people on the list did very different things.
What is ESTAGE Events?
ESTAGE Events is an event platform made by ESTAGE. It runs an event from registration to the final close-out in one place under your own brand, so the attendee signs up, gets ready, watches, asks questions and buys without being sent somewhere else.
It is its own product. ESTAGE builds and runs it, but you do not need an ESTAGE hub or any other ESTAGE plan to use it.
What kinds of events can you run with ESTAGE Events?
ESTAGE describes four formats.
- Live events: stream from a camera, OBS or another streaming tool into a focused room with large video, live chat, polls and your offer.
- Webinars: run them live, or record a presentation once and schedule it to repeat. Replays and encores bring back people who missed it, and split tests compare one presentation against another.
- Challenges: run a 3, 5 or 7 day challenge with a daily session and one community the whole way through, with check-ins and bonus unlocks along the way.
- Launches: build toward cart open with a series of events, then close with a countdown, a closed message and the next step you choose.
What happens before, during and after an event?
Before the show, registration runs through widgets you design yourself, and people sign in with a link sent to their email instead of a password. A private pre-show space, which ESTAGE calls the Lounge, holds a get-ready checklist, questions and answers, and bonuses that unlock as people finish it. Reminders go out by email, text and push notification, and you preview them before they send.
During the show, the live room keeps attention on the presentation with large video, chat and polls. A Questions tab sits beside the chat so a real question does not scroll away, and the offer appears on cue with checkout inside the room. A deposit or a booked call works as well.
After the show, replays and encore showings run on the schedule you set, and a countdown closes the offer for everyone at once. Every attendee is tagged in the CRM by what they did, so the person who bought, the person who watched and the person who missed it each get follow-up written for them.
Your own branded app is available on the web, desktop, the App Store and Google Play. It requires your own Apple Developer and Google Play accounts, because the app publishes under your name. Attendees can still join in a browser without downloading anything.
Do you need an ESTAGE hub to use ESTAGE Events?
No. ESTAGE Events is made by ESTAGE, but it stands on its own and is open to anyone. A business that already has something to sell can start with an event center and decide about a full hub later, or never.
Can you run a recorded webinar?
Yes. Recorded and evergreen webinars are one of the formats ESTAGE Events supports, and you can schedule them to repeat. Follow the regulations that apply where you do business for recorded events.
Who is ESTAGE Events for?
It fits business owners, coaches and course creators who sell through live or recorded events and are tired of holding a chain of tools together to run one. It is less about the size of the audience and more about whether you want the whole event, from sign-up to follow-up, in one place you control.
How much does ESTAGE Events cost, and when can you get it?
ESTAGE sets both the price and the release schedule, and both can change. The HubArchitect™ event center page shows where ESTAGE Events stands right now, and you should confirm the current price and plan details on ESTAGE before you buy.
Where can you see ESTAGE Events?
The HubArchitect™ event center page walks through the whole event, stage by stage, with the teaser that shows the run-around and what replaces it.
