What Squared Away is.
It is two hours of paid time with somebody who has already built on this platform, spent inside your hub, on whatever you bring. Not a course. Not a group call. Not a programme with stages.
Sometimes that means something gets built. Sometimes it means working out what is wrong, or answering the question behind the question, and nothing new gets made at all. Both are a good use of the two hours. You are paying for the time and the person, not for an output.

On a build using the native blog module this turned out to be three faults stacked on top of each other. The article page was handing crawlers an empty container with none of the writing in it. The page was carrying a tag asking not to be listed at all. And its canonical was pointing at a different domain. None of that is visible from inside the builder, because everything looks published. It is published. Knowing where to look is the whole job.

Short work once somebody looks at how the page is actually wired. It is also the thing people are most reluctant to ask about in front of everybody, which is why it is on this list at all.

Forms fail without saying so. A submission can look completely successful to the person filling it in and never arrive anywhere. Working out which half is broken is most of the job.

Anything touched gets built to the same standard as this site: labeled fields, real contrast, and disclosures a person can actually see.
You keep the recording
The recording is yours. Most of what gets covered is worth a second watch, and it means you can pay attention instead of taking notes.
