Amendments
The following additions, deletions, or changes are made to the above policy and are immediately effective on the date shown as the amendment date.
These amendments apply to services purchased from HubArchitect™ and are in addition to the Refund Policy above.
Before work starts. You may cancel any service for a full refund at any time before work begins.
Live sessions. You may reschedule or cancel Squared Away with HubArchitect™ for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Once the session begins, the fee is earned and not refundable.
Written analysis. You may cancel the Market Position Baseline for a full refund until the analysis begins. Once the document has been delivered, the fee has been earned and is not refundable. The thirty days of email questions after delivery are part of that same service.
Build work. The One-Pager and The Hub Build start from a direction you approve before the rest is built. If something isn't right, the revisions included in the service are the first route to fixing it. If a concern is not resolved that way, we calculate any refund based on the portion of the work not yet performed as of the date we receive the request.
Payments on a Hub Build. We collect the Hub Build in two payments. The Hub Build Deposit starts the work and is fully refundable until work begins. The Hub Build Final Payment is due only after you have reviewed and approved the finished build, and paying it releases the transfer of the hub into your own ESTAGE account under your login.
Credits. Where a Market Position Baseline credit has been applied to a Hub Build, any refund is calculated on the amount actually paid.
Defects. Nothing in these amendments limits the defective refunds period stated in the Refund Policy above, or any right you have under applicable law.
Requests. Email hello@hubarchitect.ai with the order number and what you would like resolved.
Currently there are no additions, deletions, or changes.
To the extent any of the provisions of the agreement are inconsistent with the provisions in these user amendments, the inconsistent provisions of the agreement are void and the provisions contained in these user amendments shall control.
No other provisions of the agreement shall be deemed changed by these user amendments, and all such unchanged provisions are incorporated by reference into these user amendments as if set forth in full and hereby ratified. This user amendment does not nullify the agreement.
